An owner from Malaysia decided to change that, fitting his first-gen R8 with a custom bodykit that is mainly inspired by the second-gen R8 but also features a Lamborghini-style tail.
The uniqueness of this R8 is attributed to the bodykit which is a custom order from a Malaysian shop called Puzzle Bodykits. Only the greenhouse, doors, mirrors, and fuel cap are carried over from the original first-gen R8, with the rest of the body panels being custom-made.
